The Ichika range is a beautiful set of knives and will be the talking point of any kitchen. With a super-sharp blade and a handle that not only looks great but feels great in the hand too.

Knives should never go in the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is very abrasive, and along with the banging around that happens during a wash cycle, will take the sharp edge right off your knife. The high heat can also damage the handle or misshape them. Always wash knives by hand in the sink with dish soap and water and dry after.

Fantastic knife

This knife is great. I have tried typical store bought brand which have been good but never fantastic. I bought this based on a TikTok review and have to say it was the best decision I ever made. Chopping vegetables and meats isn’t daunting anymore.

It’s a pretty knife as well as functional.

Unique designs, and nicely weighted very sharp knives

I was looking for a unique set of knives that would feel nice to use and actually cut meat, fish and veg without any hassle. Santoku's knives fitted the bill perfectly. The Damascus effect blades are very pretty, and the swirling random colours in the handles so unusual - they feel like they once belonged in a baroque Victorian kitchen. They also work beautifully - I've had no problem cutting through everything I've tried them on, and the weight makes them comfortabel and easy to use. They're also sharp enough that I'm very careful washing them! I'm very happy with my purchase, and am alreday considering other knives from the range.
